I am inspired by the ceramic traditions of Asia, particularly that of raku. I love the uncertainty and surprise of results.
Artistically raku is my medium of choice with art pottery and with the flare of the fire.
Stoneware, usable and practical, is how I surround myself with art for day to day living. I also find great joy in sharing it with others. My stoneware is oven and dishwasher safe.
